Meeting Rooms

We know that taking time to meet with your group is an important part of any retreat. We have several options to assist in achieving your meeting goals.

Town Hall

Climate controlled meeting room that seats up to 200 people comfortably.

Hearth Rooms

In the summer these rooms host our fine arts program. During the rest of the year they are 3 open air buildings that fit between 20-25 people depending on set up. Great for break out sessions.

Meeting space that seats 10-20 people.

Green Hall

An open air meeting room. Seats 50-60 people.

Amphitheatres

The Coliseum

Comfortably seats approximately 400 people. It is lit with several power outlets accessible to the stage. It contains a large fire pit behind the stage.

The Forum

Comfortably seats approximately 200 people. It is lit with several power outlets accessible to the stage. It also contains a large fire pit behind the stage.

Lone Star Amphitheatre

Comfortably seats approximately 60 people. It is shaped like a pentagon with all seating facing inward to a fire pit in its center. It is a great area for fire side talks and s’mores.

Pavilions

Olympia and The Parthenon are identical, just on opposite sides of camp. Both are well lit, open-air pavilions that shade our basketball courts. They can seat several hundred people or provide enough space to play games with smaller groups. Great for activities during the day or at night.

Break Out Areas

Often large groups want to break up into smaller groups during their visit. Aside from the grassy shade under one of our large oak or pecan trees, we have several gazebos, decks, shaded bleachers, and fine arts cabins that are great for groups of 10-20 to meet.

Gazebos and shaded spaces

We have two gazebos and several shaded tent spaces throughout the property.

Decks

Whether gathering with just a couple people, or looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind we have several decks located in our cabin areas for you to enjoy.
