Leadership Program

The Outdoor School Leadership Program builds and strengthens real world skills with an emphasis on leadership development. Our program teaches students the skills and qualities it takes to be a great individual and teammate.  

The Leadership Program is for students in junior high and up. We provide a customized program so students reach the desired outcomes they need.  Schools come to us as a means of having their students achieve personal and team growth in areas such as leadership, communication, conflict resolution, social growth, goal setting, problem-solving, and more. All participants are involved in the programming socially, physically, emotionally and intellectually. We work to build communities into a healthy, productive and fulfilling unit.
